Etching Process Principle

The etching process utilizes ferric chloride's strong oxidation properties to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements.

Production process:

  2. Protect required areas from corrosion
  3. Process through ferric chloride spraying assembly line
  4. Wash off anti-corrosion layer to reveal finished patterns
