What is Elevator Stainless Steel Sheet?

Stainless steel elevator door panel is produced by different kinds of processing surface treatments. It provides both protection and decoration for elevator car doors and landing door cladding.

Stainless Steel Etching or Corrosion Principle

The process utilizes ferric chloride's strong oxidation properties to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable bivalent iron elements. The specific production process involves: first applying an anti-corrosion layer to the stainless steel surface, protecting the required areas, then placing it into the ferric chloride spraying assembly line for corrosion. Finally, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off, revealing the finished patterns.
