Stainless Steel Etching Process Principle

The process uses ferric chloride's strong oxidation properties to corrode the stainless steel surface, converting trivalent iron into more stable divalent iron elements. The specific production process involves: first applying an anti-corrosion layer to the stainless steel surface to protect required areas, then placing it into the ferric chloride spraying assembly line for corrosion. Finally, the anti-corrosion layer is washed off, revealing the finished patterns.
